SERVICES PROVIDED

Sanguine Travels, based in San Francisco, California, operates as an independent travel advisor affiliate. Services include:

Hotels Only (complimentary)
Fully Tailored custom itineraries (planning fees start at $150 per travel week)
Group Getaways (pricing varies)
A La Carte services including cruises, Disney vacations, all-inclusive packages, and monthly travel retainers.

We act as an independent advisor, not the direct provider of travel products.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUSES

Sanguine Travels operates independently while affiliated with a host travel agency. Bookings are arranged through trusted third-party suppliers, each with their own terms and policies.

PAYMENTS & FEES

Sanguine Travels collects payments for travel arrangements and applicable planning fees through a secure Credit Card Authorization Form. By completing this form, you authorize Sanguine Travels and its host travel company to charge your credit card for:

The total cost of your travel booking (including flights, accommodations, or other services), and
Any applicable planning fees, retainers, or deposits.

All credit card information is securely stored and processed within our host company’s encrypted vault to ensure the highest level of data protection.

Planning fees, retainers, or deposits are non-refundable once planning begins, unless otherwise stated in writing. Final payment deadlines and supplier policies will be communicated before confirming any bookings.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & CHANGES

Supplier terms and conditions apply to all cancellations or modifications. Sanguine Travels is not responsible for penalties, delays, or costs resulting from supplier actions, natural events, or traveler decisions.

RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY

Sanguine Travels acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers. We are not liable for:

Losses, injuries, damages, or delays caused by third parties
Acts of nature, government actions, or unforeseen events
Schedule changes or service interruptions beyond our control

By engaging our services, you accept these risks.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & TRAVEL INSURANCE

You are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, and health documents. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for coverage against cancellations or emergencies.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including text, layout, design, graphics, and other materials—is the property of Sanguine Travels and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
